Our Values
Leadership: At the Rusty Nail Lodge, you can see that there is no leadership.
Teamwork: At the Lodge we pride ourselves on teamwork. If someone gets up for a beer he or she asks the rest of the members if they need another refreshment by asking “beer call” If someone gets stuck in the mud. After we stop laughing and making fun of this lousy driver we help to pull them out.
Customer Relations: At the Rusty Nail Lodge our highest priority is satisfied customers. Every time someone comes up for the first time they say they had a wonderful time and pass the tylenol. Funny we don’t get too many return guests.
Neighborly Relations: Some of our neighbors hate us. They never come up on long weekends because they know we will be there. We might be adding a Friends and Neighbors page to the site.
